Factory Authorized Refurbished Instruments
In addition to recovering and refurbishing for sale, older midrange guitars and folk instruments, we also sell factory authorized refurbished instruments. For one of many possible reasons, (i.e., wrong shade of color, finish flaw with paint, electronics not working, bridge lifted after manufacture, dropped and broken during manufacture, etc., etc.), instruments are rejected by the manufacturer, marked as “For Refurbisher” and placed on a pallet to be shipped to the authorized refurbisher for their brands
Once they arrive, all of the guitars are unpacked and inspected. Those that can be repaired, are repaired. Some repairs are simple and invisible, while others more complex, and may be visible. Some guitars are found to have no known issues except the yellow is not yellow enough, or a tuner is not aligned correctly on the headstock, or there is simply nothing wrong with it…..So, unlike a typical new guitar, or an on-line used guitar, these instruments are completely checked out and tested/repaired by skilled guitar technicians/luthiers and set up to factory specifications.
This specific guitar is one of those refurbished instruments. This guitar was marked as NVR (no visible repairs). No flaws or issues were detected.
These guitars are marked as “Used” by the Refurbisher with a light stamp on the neck
and assigned a new sticker serial number. They are typically 1-4 years “old”.
These are a great deal for anyone that wants a quality guitar with a limited budget. We can sell for less than discounted new! Why buy a cheaper knock-off when you can have a Genuine Fender for the same investment.
I believe every guitar should have a second chance, and every aspiring guitar player, should have a chance to buy a good guitar, at a fair price…. This is one of those guitars…. Don’t let it pass you by….
I offer my guitars at a fair price, but open the option for a best offer. I always reject lowball offers, but always consider honest ones. Try it, I may be in a good mood today!
Thanks for Looking…
